All skins are thick-armed? (Minecraft)?

When I wanted to put a new skin in Minecraft today, it first took a long time until it was updated in Minecraft, but when the skin was displayed in game we were thick-armed despite the fact that I set it slim. That means that all skins that should be thin on the back of the arms should have such a black line that they should actually have thin arms.
