I don't see any skins in minecraft? - 2

When I go to a server I don't see any skins included mine but others see mine I have linked the skin folder from a friend and now I only see his and he sees everything that has been with me for a long time, I've already installed and downloaded it but nothing works what can i do?

Maybe delete the Minecraft folder.
Only on one server or on several?

Actually on all i have already seen videos where you should do something with the server settings on true but i can't find this folder
