There are numerous plugins that do this. The best of all in my opinion is https://www.spigotmc.org/...36/updates.
This can also be used to create large wall maps with transparency, etc. It has its own web editor. And it also supports GIFs and can create interactive maps.
Otherwise there's also the complicated and bad variant, without a plugin, via https://mc-map.djfun.de/. The best thing to do is to watch a tutorial for this.
