What kind of graphics card do you have? AMD graphics cards like to have a problem with shaders.

I have a GTX 1050 with 2gb vram.

Maybe your driver is simply not up to date or your graphics card is busy.

It was that now.

Found it out now one of my PvP clients doesn't support shaders.
