Minecraft Died By (Intended Game Design)?

I just got into the Nether and built a base out of broken stones. Suddenly bangs and this message comes:

Player name was killed by [intended game design].

What happened or why?

You probably clicked on a bed or

Do you die or what?

I think a ghast saw you and then shot you with a fireball.

Yes, a bed will explode in the nether if you try to use it

Yes of course. Bed in nether or end = BUM

You will have clicked on a bed… A bed explodes in the nether or end like 5 TnT blocks

Most likely you wanted to click on a bed. You can't sleep in the nether and when you interact with a bed it explodes.
