Is it possible to design your own BIOS menu design?

So since I want to personalize my PC so much when building it myself, I would also like to design my own BIOS menu. So that you can do it, the BIOS menu looks exactly like in the Minecraft menu. Is that possible at all?

It is possible but difficult.

Which program do I need?

A lot, so you actually have to program it yourself with assembler (heavy programming language). And many motherboards don't work because of it

Clover, insyde easy bios editor. But if you don't know what you are doing you can brick your motherboard.

You also need an SPI programmer.

If then with the UEFI BIOS but whether the design can really be changed, I don't think so
