I actually want to record my videos via OBS. The only problem is: while my Minecraft is running smoothly, for example, the recorded video is lagging. How can I fix this? It can't be because of the PC. Minecraft runs smoothly in the recording.
This is probably due to your encoder settings, your PC can't keep up with the encoding of the video. You can also display the statistics window in OBS then such coding delays will also be displayed.
And how can I adjust that.
For the statistics window:
View>
Docks>
statistics
For the encoder settings:
Settings (bottom right)>
Video>
Edition>
admission
I did that on software. What do I have to put it on
That depends on what hardware your computer has installed and what quality / file size you want to get out.
Where do I see my components?
Can I tell you which it is and you tell me which is better?
OBS used to work perfectly for me
You can see the most important things in Task Manager in the Performance tab.
For the right settings you can also have a look at the appropriate video from nilson's tutorial series
As Krabat said, it needs a little more information about your system.

GPU
Hard drives
It is important to know. It is also important to know what you have set where and how. Because either you have a render, or an encoder delay. Depending on that, you can tell whether it is your hardware or your settings.
Render delay means> wrong settings
Encoder delay means> Hardware too bad / too slow for the set settings.
