I only see the top half of the sky in Minecraft?

I downloaded a texture pack with a custom sky. Everything works, but I only see the upper half of the sky. Could someone please help me there?

I think because you have a not so powerful mobile phone you switched off beautiful sky in the graphics settings. You have to turn this on again
