I have laggs in Minecraft 1.13.2?

I have laggs in Minecraft 1.13.2 on the earlier versions, everything runs smoothly with mods and in the 1.13.2 it jerky with no texture pack and without mods with 200 fps and good internet even with optifine it still lags what you can do there against do?

Have you ever searched your settings, whether you find an error, in the graphical representation or at the maximum frame rate?

In the beginning, when I'm spawning everything runs smoothly 10 seconds later it just jerky can't move me properly

In general, the 1.13.2 and 1.14 are very unstable. Try to reduce the visibility or take a FPS Boost Texturepack. I have partially with shader 200FPS but that depends on the PC.

What kind of processor did you install? + Graphics card
