I have since ner longer time the problem when I activate the full screen mode in any game (or it already starts) I have nice half a minute or more still. I can't Raustabben or anything else. It's really every game. For example Osu! Minecraft or all sorts of steam games. That was not the case then, that's why it bothers me so much. I've always had Windows 10. Do you have any ideas?
Which resolution did you set?
Maybe the game starts in 1080p but your monitor is set to 720p and therefore has to change the resolution. Look under "Settings / System / Display / Resolution" which resolution you have set.

Sounds silly now but restart but have you already tried it or? Otherwise, you could try changing the resolution (Just go to 720p) and then reset to 1080p
