I was about to install a shader, but I don't have a folder for the shader packs. Yes, I installed optifine and tried to reinstall minecraft or restart my PC, but still no folder.
I also tried to simply name a folder shaderpacks and drag it into there, but unfortunately that doesn't work either.
Has anyone ever had the problem and can help me?

How do you mean? So in my Minecraft folder I don't have an Optifine folder, nor a Shader Mod.
He said that you should start Minecraft and then click in the options on Graphics Settings → Shader → Shader folder at the bottom left.
If the Shader option does not appear at all, you either installed Optifine incorrectly or set the wrong Minecraft profile.
You have to install "Optifine" [watch a tutorial on YT or something like that] and then you will find the shader folder in the settings
