I tried with Optifine if it gets better, but I had exactly the same FPS (max. 160 ;-)) with a kack graphics card and therefore got a new one.
I can only cry, for me it was FINAL at 160 FPS! 😪😪

Optifine has always helped. I managed 40 FPS on my first PC with optifine without only 10. It was a Pentium 4 with a Geforce 225 or something

If your monitor has 60hz, what do you want with 300 fps.
With a lot of big mods the game can drop to 40-50 fps. I speak from experience.
