Minecraft mouse spins, how do I fix the problem?

I've recently had the problem of my mouse spinning in Minecraft. Minecraft always takes my line of sight somewhere else.

Information:

Ubuntu 04/18
Rapoo 1620
Minecraft Java

What I've already tried:

Delete and reinstall .minecraft folder
SD card reader removed (it also seems to cause some problems)
PC restarted
Mouse sensitivity set to minimum (on Ubuntu, worked, but was too slow to play)
Lowered mouse setting in Minecraft

If I don't use Minecraft, it works perfectly, so it can't be the mouse. Does anyone know how to solve the problem? It is also very annoying for my YouTube recordings.

Times clean thoroughly but if you say that it is only in minecraft and you have already tried all settings i don't know

EDIT: Thanks for the many suggestions. As a Linux user, I just switched from MATE to Cinnamon.
