According to Labymod I have 100 FPS but I can't move because it is so bad.

Your internet connection can be on a server.
Otherwise, it would be possible that your hard drive would not be able to comply quickly enough

These are probably FPS drops, but only helps to turn down the quality!

I had a laptop but it was anyway due to Labymod.
