Controller controls in games (Minecraft, Sims 4, …) constantly to the left so I can hardly play properly. What should I do?
Buy a Ps4
See it too
This happens when the sticks are mechanically worn out. This can be remedied by a higher deadzone or zero zone of the controller.
But probably many Xbox games do not have this setting.
What a useless commentary from a typical console kiddie. This wear of the analog sticks is quite normal and occurs with appropriate use with each input device. So probably synonymous with a Playstationpad and controllers or Flightsticks for PC.
As already answered, this is a result of wear. Through continuous use, straight shooters often require that in and at the same time push forward it does not remain that the mechanics eventually give up the ghost.
Although there are various self-help videos on YouTube, however, you can do more damage than fix the problem. Then probably only helps a new controller. In the course of my gambling experience, I have already worn out various controllers and can assure you that this is just a normal consequence of using it. As an example, the analogue stick of the Sega Saturn with the corresponding Nights into the Dreams. The true faster eroded than you think and replacement was unthinkable at the time.
Without advertising here but I use for a year and a half the elite controller from Microsoft and so far can make no restriction on the analog sticks.
The games themselves are not, but there's the option in the Xbox Accessories app.
Ok I just looked and that is only possible with the Elite controller. Unfortunately, that does not work out.
Thanks, but the Elite Controller is really expensive
