Minecraft with OBS (1080p / 120 fps)?

Does anyone know if I can record Minecraft in 1080p / 120 FPS with my PC via OBS? Here are the specs:

GPU: Radeon RX 570 Series

CPS: Intel i9 9900k

RAM: 8 GB / 2x 4 GB Kingston

Those were the most important things.

Obviously not, because OBS always crashes when I set 120 FPS xD
