I bought Minecraft Scrap Edition when I was 12 years old lol
The only thing you can do is buy Minecraft first and then scroll down to the bottom and press "Google Play Refund Policy". You will then be redirected to a website where you can click on the blue text "Option 2: Request a refund on the Google Play website" and then click "this guide". Then you should be able to deal with it yourself.
