Why can't I see a zip file?

Hi, I would like to install a shader in Minecraft, but there's a problem

So everything went very well at the beginning, with optifine and the other things, but if I want to install the shader now, no zip file is displayed to me at the bottom left but only the shader folder opens. When I closed the folder and then reopened the folder, I found the file, but it looked very different and was not a zip file and was encrypted, can someone help me?

This is also a zip file, only the file you think should be was opened with the program "Winrar". Actually, it should work that way, because it looks the same for me as it does for you.
If it doesn't work, you can simply download the program "Winrar" for free and then just click the box with the name "Zip" when installing, then it should only look like you want for zip files.
