Would a PC with these values be enough for the following games?
Games like AION, Minecraft, League of Legends, ARK (Low Quality), Eco, etc.
Will the PC in summer at 30+ degrees because of hold or rather crash? Better said, does it cool well?
The PC is good for 400 euro. In the DIY you could save a few euro, otherwise it is not better, the games you have called should all be playable.
So would you buy the PC for such games?
Yes, the PC is great for 400 euro, but you have previously written that you would spend up to 700 euro, at 550 euro would be a massive increase in performance possible
Sounds like hardware advice. https://hardwarerat.de/...arerat-400
There you can certainly install 1 or more case fans. But this is a PC with iGP, so only partially suitable for gaming, but you can upgrade well, the BSP. With a GTX 1060, but the built-in power supply is sufficient. If you have to save for that first.
Minecraft and LOL are running smoothly, ARK… Runs honestly on any hardware bad (one calls it incompetence), but in principle it should work.
This is a finished PC? The sell certainly no PCs that fail at normal temperatures. In addition, the Ryzen are 3 entry-level processors, which are not overly hot, the supplied fan is sufficient (if necessary, could be upgraded cheap, but will not be necessary). The same is true for the power supply, 400W are enough.
Too bad that you do not build this thing yourself, because I would replace the Ryzen 3 2200G IMMEDIATELY with a Ryzen 5 2400G, which offers for 50 euro more in every aspect better performance.
PS: If you have that thing then you should definitely check how much of the 8GB of RAM is assigned to the integrated graphics processor (for example, if 1GB is the default I would increase to 2GB). That affects the game performance. Power in the BIOS / UEFI.
For completeness - it seems to be https://hardwarerat.de/...arerat-400 PC ("Gaming PC - Hardware Rat 400").
