What's the difference (Minecraft)?
With the Master Collection you get 1000 minecoins and some skinpacks, with the Starter Edition you get 700 minecoins. If you already own the Starter Edition, the surcharge for the Master Collection is not worth it

If you play a lot of minecraft or want to do it, I recommend downloading minecraft original from the minecraft.net website because this is the version on which most servers and mods run.
That doesn't answer your question but I don't know about Windows 10 Edition but maybe it will help you anyway.
