How can you still create a minecraft premium account today can someone explain to me who is familiar with it?
There's and was no premium account. Accounts only. To do this, go to minecraft.net and buy the game.
You just go to this page:
https://www.minecraft.net/...va-edition
and buy the game there. Then you download the launcher and log in with your data.
As far as I know, it has not been possible to create a Mojang account since November 2020 and consequently can't buy the game there.
A Microsoft account is required for this and you can use this to purchase the game. You should find information in the Mojang FAQ or at Microsoft.
