Minecraft 1.13.2 Lan Welt Freund not coming in?

I just wanted to make a LAN world with a friend.

I'm in the ethernet in my Wi-Fi via LAN cable.

My world is also shown to him but when he goes in there comes this message (picture).

Can jmd tell me what we have to do to get him in?
