Transfer MCPE worlds to other devices?

I would like to transfer worlds from the pocket edition of Minecraft to another device. I've heard that would not be possible, but I have the question, if you can upload worlds somewhere, then I could just download the world again and then I would have them. Yes with the Java edition also, e.g. On Planet Minecraft.

You could upload them to Google Play. Simply switch to the account with the world with your new mobile phone.

But I have an Iphone 6 as a mobile phone and on my father's tablet (Android) I have my world where I built years (not xD continuously)
