Minecraft on Raspberry Pi 4 - router port sharing incorrect?

Today I set up an Ubuntu Server 64bit on my Raspberry 4 Pi. However, I'm not very familiar with this one. I installed a Minecraft server on it. This also runs via the local 10.0.0.12 address, but I can't reach it via my IP address. I activated port forwarding for port 25565 (TCP). After that I often came to the server for about 10 seconds, but there was nothing around me, just air. If I put items in my inventory before I fell from the server (the message was always on the screen: Internal Exception: java.io.IOException: an existing connection was closed by the remote host), then I also had it via the local one 10.0.0.12 address still, but it works just above it, there I'm also in a world and can do everything.

In the meantime I have also released port 25565 via UCP and port 19132-19133 via UCP, but this did not help either.

Does anyone have any idea what I'm doing wrong or what I might try? Do I still have to change something in Ubuntu using the commands? Firewall or something?

After that, I often came to the server for about 10 seconds,

So the port forwarding is not faulty. So the fault lies elsewhere. As far as I know it only needs the release of TCP 25565, further ports are not necessary as far as I know.

First of all, I would test the server for functionality using the local IP address 10.0.0.12.
