Minecraft Server Citybuild is not working right?

As you can see in the question title, it's about citybuild. My problem is, when you join the Citybuild server as a brand new player, you end up in the farm world. I've already tried it with some hub or spawn plugins but it did not work out. I would be very grateful if someone had a good idea. Thanks in advance.
