Do I really have to make a new world with every new Minecraft update?

Hey as you all know 1.14 came to the PS4 and I wanted to ask you if I have to make a new world now the world I have actually been for more than a year and I really do not want to make a new world but people talk to me always 1 also makes a new world is getting boring mean that you can't have new things in the old world for example The Villager outpost

No you do not have to Man instaliren in a Windows update everything

The existing map (All loaded chunks) are still the old world, but when new chunks load new structures can spawn.
