I've been playing Minecraft for a long time, and want to start a survival world, but that every librarian villager sells an end portal frame for a Stack of Emeralds. So that just happened by chance. Does anyone know such a command?

I think you would have to solve that with MC edit Manuel, for it to happen by chance you would have to write some small modifications
Which version are you playing in?
This is very, very time-consuming. You could only summon a specific villager that has other trades. But to get this randomly from every villager, or to insert a trade that MAY occur, is too difficult.
