Manic Digger transferring worlds to Minecraft?

I'm 15 years old and get minecraft for Christmas. Since 2 years I play Manic Digger because my parents did not want to buy the original for me because they thought that I probably wouldn't play it that often anyway. I'd like to get minecraft for Christmas now know if I can transfer my worlds. Is that possible? If yes how?

I hardly think so. Manic Digger is a clone, but I doubt that an independent game can open the worlds.

No, that will not work. You can't have a Minecraft world in e.g. Import Terraria or Arma 3. Manic Digger and Minecraft are different games. I think Manic Digger was not even made with Java.
