What's wrong with the farm?

I built an iron farm in minecraft today. However, the net goes. I built it just like that in the creative inner world. However, it doesn't work in the survival world. Can somebody help me?

It doesn't exactly look like an iron farm. The best thing is to look for another one on the Internet.
