Minecraft questions about addons (nitrado server)?

I want to create a world for our discord server and have got a bukkit server from Nitrado. Unfortunately none of us is familiar with server management, we all only played on one server ^^
Now I would like to do the following:
-World border
-Each player can set a zone and only build there
-Place a village center (do not build it yourself, if possible a finished village or at least a center)
-Spawn point
-Access to farm world
I saw that the following plugins can do that:
Multiverse-Core, WorldBorder, Worldguard, Worldedit
Unfortunately I'm overwhelmed xD I have already put the plugins on it via Filezilla and folders have already been generated.
Can someone explain to me the easiest way to do the few things?

First of all: something like that "just like that" is difficult. You need to be familiar with Multiverse and how to manage multiple worlds. You can then link several worlds (here: your spawn, village center, farm world).

If you just want to limit the world (worldborder), you can do this in-game with "/ worldborder set (diameter in blocks)".

With the "construction zones" I just think of Plotz or similar plugins. I would have to look again myself.
