Minecraft scary noise?

So while playing Minecraft (1.14), I often hear scary noises. In the settings, there's a "pigeon mode", where there are subtitles. These sounds are called "Guseliges Geräusch". What's this?

I have that too is quite normal. You can hear such a chubby and then such a wuush or a thing thing diiing. These are cave sounds and occur in almost every version. Such sounds also appear in dark rooms
