Minecraft noise from FPS?

Ever since I got my headset (Logitech G332 SE, jack), there's a background noise in Minecraft. I've now found that the lower the FPS, the lower the noise, which of course I can't do while playing. Could someone please help me there? Also, nowhere can you find any videos or people who have the same problem.
