Which suitable processor?

I asked a somewhat longer question about a week ago and now I have more information about my PC. The problem was that, despite a Gtx 1060, I had to play all of the games at the lowest resolution, otherwise I couldn't. With Call of Duty, the game did not run despite the lowest resolution, because nothing was pixelated or only after a time. However, my CPU is always 90 ° C.
My gaming setup:

Graphics card: Geforce gtx 1060 6GB

Main board: A68MD PRO

Ram: 16 GB

Power supply: Corsair Vengeance 550 M

OLD processor: AMD A10 PRO-7850B R7

If someone asks if it is maybe because of my internet then he is wrong.

I'm sure that it is because of my processor and therefore I wonder which one should I take. It is said to be for all types of games: Call of Duty, Fortnite, Pubg, Csgo, Minecraft. And of course it should then assume that I no longer have to play in the slightest resolution.

I recommend the Ryzen 5 1400 12nm with an Asrock B450 Pro4 board.

You will need a new processor, ram and mainboard, is that clear to you?

The bottleneck in your setup is definitely the CPU. You do not have to worry about the GPU or the RAM for the first time, unless you have DDR3 RAM, so I recommend upgrading to DDR4. To upgrade to the Ryzen generation, however, you need the AM4 socket. Since you have the FM2+ socket, you need to upgrade your mainboard. From the Ryzen range I would recommend the Ryzen 5 2600 in terms of price / performance ratio. Then you can play games at 1080p without any problems.

I would recommend a ryzen 5 2600 then have a long rest and don't forget the B450 mainboard with ddr4 RAM 😁

Ryzen 5 1600 12nm the aegis ram F4-3000C16D-16GISB
and msi b450m pro vdh max would be the cheapest solution. You can then overclock the processor well to 4 GHz, then it also corresponds to an overclocked Ryzen 5 2600 which costs 20 euro more.
