2. Problems in Minecraft Bedrock?

I have 2 problems:

1. When iron golems spawn in my basement, they have instant triggers and attack me, which is sometimes annoying.

2. When I jump into a 2 block high corridor, my head sometimes slides into the block above me and it seems like ghost blocks, but they aren't.

What can I do about these 2 problems

This sometimes happens when you hit a wall with the Elytra and your hitbox only stays 1 block high.

Simply take off Elytra for a moment and put it back on.

But even if I don't fly before that or don't even have the Elytra on
