8GB XFX Radeon RX 590 Fatboy for 240 euro and is good.
For 350 euro you will get the most performance with the RTX 2060, AMD may have cheaper cards, but these are much higher in power consumption and especially when playing very loud. If you manage to get a GTX 1070ti for 350 Euro this is better because it has 2GB more vRam, but otherwise has the same performance.
Sorry but that's not right. For 350 euro you get on Mindfactory a RX Vega 56 which is faster than a 2060 as well as a 1070Ti because it is just due to the new driver even at the same level of a 1080.
The video shows at the end of 10 games the average FPS.
1080p:
RTX 2060 has an average of 94 FPS at 10 games
Vega 56 has an average of 88 FPS at 10 games
1440p:
RTX 2060 has an average of 10 FPS at 10 games
Vega 56 has an average of 10 FPS at 10 games
The Vega 64 is better than the RTX 2060 but in both cases on average only 1 FPS better than the RTX 2060. However, the Vega 64 has a power consumption of almost 300 watts and is therefore out of all proportion to the RTX 2060.
An RTX 2060, GTX 1070Ti or Vega 56 come into question.
