Yo guys what's the difference between hunger games and survival games in Minecraft?
Hunger Games: You spawn without anything and you have to pound everything
Survival Games: You can find loot in Chests
So hunger games is where you can enchant and craft?
Not quite. At HungerGames it's like SinglePlayer without any mods, just the kits. The most used item in HungerGames are the soups
Then there's UHC / Speed-UHC where you mine trees directly, ores drop the bars directly and you mostly also enchant.
And you can also be enchanted in SurvivalGames, but there the focus is more on fighting
Is the same.
"Hunger Games" is the old name (2011-2013) from "Survival Games"
However, as you can imagine, the name "Hunger Games" is copyright, which is why, when it became famous, it had to be renamed to Survival Games.
Do you confuse Hungergames vlt. With Varo or UHC?
Or were there several hunger games?
At the hunger game I know you couldn't mine anything and got the things out of boxes like at SG.
I refer to the old videos from BastiGHG, whose day is GermanHungerGames, where you can get soups and swords
The original Minecraft Hunger Games were limited maps without loot boxes, without kits, it was just vanilla and you could catch things and fight other fights.
But that didn't last very long and it wasn't successful because it just took too long.
Survival games are the improved hunger games. The loot boxes made the game faster and contributed to the success. Survival games are the ones that can still be found on the servers today.
Another difference, in the original Hunger Games you could dismantle everything but the map has not shrunk, which is why the rounds could run forever. In Survival Games nothing can be dismantled, or very little depending on the server, and the map shrinks, which forces all players into the middle.
