How do you get used to new Minecraft settings quickly?

I know… By playing with it but I don't want to destroy my Skywars stats.

There's no other solution than simple: play! Experience makes perfect.

But if you don't want to destroy his Skywars stats, which I understand, then play another mode where the stats don't matter or go to another server or just go to Survival.
