Find Minecraft / Website / Teamspeak Developer?

I'm about to face a very complex, time-consuming but promising project. I'm so looking for very good developers, I'm happy to offer the necessary means and create security.

But the biggest question is, where can I find volunteers for a project from 0 who also have qualities?

Not here… But rather look at Minecraft dev forums, Java forums or stackoverflow.
