Minecraft * right cheating?

My friend wanted to give me no * rights but op you can somehow * right cheating if so how Which command or is it with / execute?

But yes with execute you can enter commands from a third position. If you want to have rights, you have to stay nice or load a hack.

Execute itself requires OP privileges to run, unless otherwise controlled by a second plugin.
That means YOU can't give you anything about execute because you have no rights.

So simple.
