Minecraft Mojang Account and Microsoft Account with the same email?

Most of you have probably noticed that the Mojang accounts are being swapped for the Microsoft accounts. But I have the same email with my Microsoft account as with my Mojang account. What will happen then with my MC account. Will it be deleted?

That shouldn't really be a problem. If you are unsure, ask Mojang Support.
