What can I do to keep the FPS stable above 30?
With Minecraft (with Optifine) I get about 15 FPS and with War Thunder sometimes even less.
I already checked the FPS limit in the game settings and also reset the graphics card settings, but that's probably not the reason.
I'm not so familiar with it so I'm happy about any help.
What cpu do you have

What else is built into your PC? The FPS drops could include Also due to Optifine.
Which CPU do you have do a benchmark test
This is certainly not due to the graphics card unless it is defective
AMD Ryzen 5 1600

I have now downloaded "Cinebench" and my system is 6526pts
It's not that bad
