Playing Minecraft with your girlfriend on PC?

How can I play Minecraft on PC with a friend? I play on the PS4.

You need the Bedrock or Windows 10 Edition.
Is the only edition that allows crossplay.

Does your friend play Java or Bedrock? If she plays Java, you can't play together, at Bedrock you can, but I don't know how, because I've never really played Bedrock.

I don't think that is possible. With Minecraft you can play on servers, but your girlfriend would have to install the Bedrock version for Minecraft beforehand. On the PS4 there's only the Bedrock version.
