Minecraft fps problem?

I downloaded Minecraft again on my new PC. I wanted to play it again and see how much fps I have on it. But then there was only 60fps. I set the maximum fps to 120 but there was no difference. My gpu (Rtx 1660 super) and my CPU (AMD Ryzen 2560) are underutilized and still I don't get more than 60fps. Meanwhile I have no idea what to do

Which monitor do you have? If you have a 60Hz monitor then only 60FPS will work

Ch

Be happy: 'D Your eye doesn't perceive more than 60 FPS anyway, the difference should hardly be noticeable.

Otherwise look in your control panel, maybe something is wrong under my devices. Otherwise, do not set Minecraft to unlimited but to 120 and possibly buy a new monitor.

60FPS is more than sufficient. Your eye perceives every sequence of images from 25 FPS as a fluid movement.

Is the 60FPS a hard limit, or does it fluctuate around 60FPS?

cl

The eye can perceive differences up to 140 fps. I don't know if you're not a gamer, but play a shooter with 60 fps and then with 160 fps. You will lose one

Ch

It is already clear. But these differences are getting smaller and smaller and, as I said, are barely noticeable from 60 FPS. Of course there's a difference from 60 to 140, but 50 to 60 is more noticeable than 60 to 70.

It is permanently 59-60 fps

I currently have Lc-power Lc-m24-fhd-144-c are just 144 Hz

I'm assuming Minecraft is only designed for 60 FPS.

Which cable. HDMI cables also only transmit 60Hz
