Minecraft shader lies very much despite good pc?

I've been playing titles like Tom Clancy's Ghost Recon Breakpoint etc for a long time with quite high graphics settings. Now wanted to play Mc again. But with Shader I'm suddenly only at 20FPS and am now wondering how it is possible that I can play games with higher demands lag free, but Minecraft with shaders can't play lag free.

Who has an idea how my game could run smoothly?
