As the title says it is always when I record minecraft and look to the side what should I do the fps always stay at 60

Is probably due to the PC / graphics card
Either you have a bad graphics card or you have limited FPS / VSync settings.
I just created a new recording profile and the settings made better is not due to my hardware
Can you tell me your Minecraft hardware and settings?
And do you use shader?

I use neither shader nor resourcepack hardware is inteal i7 nvidia 970m i don't know anymore at the fast
