Throw end eyes that will lead you there.
Enderperle + Lohenstaub = end eye. You can throw that with a right click and it will lead you to the portal. You need it anyway to activate the end portal.
You need about 12 end eyes, which you craft with end pearls and tan dust, which you get when you put a blaze rod or tan rod in the crafting table. You have to right-click once, they will fly towards the portal. I think you have to do this about 3 to 8 times. When you have found the portal, you can put it in the portal frame, and then the portal goes to the end. If you play in a newer version with cheats active, you can also enter / locate Stronghold I think. Then the coordinates are displayed. Then all you have to do is find the portal.
