OBS settings for RX580?

I have a Ryzen 5 2600 processor & an RX580. I would like to record Minecraft in a good quality and in 60fps, unfortunately the game has a really bad quality in the recording.

What should I do my output settings so that the recording looks good and has 60fps? Lg

What resolution? Coding via CPU or GPU?

Measures would be:

Increase data rate
I do not know the settings for AMD, but for Nvidia you can set "max. Quality" in "Default" (instead of e.g. "max. Performance").
coding via Nvidia GPU is also limited to max. Data rate worse than via CPU. This may also be the case with AMD GPUs. => encode via CPU. I do not know how much cores are used by Minecraft, but with high resolution @ 60 fps it could be scarce with the CPU.
