These are client-side ads that can only be achieved with mods.

I have not installed any mods except for Labymod and Optifine.

With server texture packs or client modifications.

Well then you can't do that either. Although I don't know what Labymod is.

Optifine and Labymod are both mods. The ad there's through Labymod. Probably by some addon belonging to a specific server or something.

You can probably see how to do this in the documentation of the Labymod addon API.
