How to play multiplayer in Minecraft (on the switch)?

So I have a Nintendo Switch, and four Joy Con Controllers. How can I play Split Screen on a console so that everyone has 2 Joy Con controllers in my hand (I have this thing where you put them in and then they are like that… Held together… Aber) But offline.

I have already looked at many tutorials, but nothing really helped…

I think that's not possible with a Joy Con because you need 2 Joysticks for Minecraft
