Simply download the twitch launher, look at yt there are enough tutorials on how to install mc modpacks via twitch launcher

Unfortunately, the Twitch launcher does not work for me and since it is not a Jar, I can't install it via forge

It is a modpack not a jar because there are several

But how do i install it (without twitch launcher)

Have to check on the internet whether you can get the mods, i.e. The creative live mods with the settings
